The Barks & Mews Gala will be Saturday, June 17, at Walb Student Union on the campus of Purdue Fort Wayne.  

Presented by Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control, the event is $75 with the money benefiting that organization’s Angel Fund, providing area animals with life-saving and critical medical care. 

Take the opportunity to help animals with no place to go and have some fun at the same time with this ’70s-themed soiree, complete with a dance demonstration and lessons from the Fort Wayne Ballroom Club, dinner and drinks, a silent auction, and card pull. A selfie booth will help capture the night with that perfect picturesque pose.
