Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines when submitting your event, or your submission may be ignored.

Submissions must be received by noon Monday the week of publication for inclusion in that week’s issue and, space permitting, will run until the week of the event. Listings submitted after that deadline may not be published in print until the following week.
Submissions are not immediately published online, they are published in print as far in advance as space permits, and online after they are reviewed and approved, and should be submitted as early as possible. Online approval can take a day, or up to a week. Do not submit your event the same day it occurs.
