Hip-hop and classically trained string players collide when Black Violin, led by Wil B. (viola) and Kev Marcus (violin), hit the stage Nov.  16 at the Embassy Theatre for the Give Thanks Tour.

The tour name is taken from the band’s latest release, the holiday themed album Give Thanks, where they offer their takes on some classics of the season, while also serving up some new favorites.

Expect playful storytelling, whimsical string melodies and hard-hitting beats to highlight the night as the band play songs from that album mixed with career hits, including many from their Grammy nominated Take the Stairs

A live show that rarely disappoints, this night is an early opportunity to get into the spirit of the season and give thanks.
