On Saturday, June 10, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Parkview Field will host the PBS Fort Wayne Explorer Day, a family-friendly event encouraging learning throughout the summer months. 

As families visit each of the 30 booths, they will encounter a variety of hands-on activities from local businesses and nonprofit organizations that are designed to engage them and spark new learning experiences while having fun at the same time. Examples include taking a picture with several mascots that will be on hand, making and flying a rocket, playing games, and sampling different educational opportunities from the arts to sports, science, and music. 

Best of all, admission and parking are free.
