The Fort Wayne Philharmonic prides itself on offering a variety of listening experiences for audiences, sometimes in unique settings. 

Bach in the Barn checks both boxes when the orchestra presents treasured works of classic composers at Joseph Decuis Farm in Columbia City. 

During the three nights of performances, April 25-27, you will hear Elgar’s “Serenade in E minor for String Orchestra,” Telmann’s “Concerto in G major for Viola & Strings,” Haydn’s “Symphony No.8 in G major (Le soir)” and, of course, a work from Bach, “Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G Major.” 

It will be an intimate listening experience in a countryside setting with audiences seated at candlelit tables with wine and desserts included in the $75 ticket price.
