Fill the Field raises mental health awareness

3 Rivers Yoga Foundation will host their fourth annual Fill the Field, an event to raise awareness of mental health, at Parkview Field with gates opening at 5 p.m.

The event will include a yoga class, local vendors, and a presentation by Fort Wayne police Captain Sofia Rosales-Scatena at 6:45 p.m.

All proceeds go directly to support the foundation’s mission of fostering health and well-being by putting yoga principles into practice through education, opportunity, and accessibility to such community organizations as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne, 122nd Air Force Base, Choices Treatment Center, and Shepherd’s House.

Tickets are $30 ($15 for first responders, health care workers, military members, and teachers) and are available at runsignup.com/TicketEvent/FillTheField.
