On Sunday, Oct. 20, The Clyde Theatre will host She Rocks the Fort, a concert benefiting Jennifer’s Harbor, an organization that helps women and children break free from domestic violence.
Hosted by 96.3-FM’s Jack Hammer, the event will feature local female-owned businesses, raffle baskets, a guitar giveaway, and — of course — live music.
Set to perform will be some of the top female-fronted bands in the Midwest including Whoa, Man!, Big Caddy Daddy, Grace Scott Band with Rylie Lynn, Home By Ten, deeja, Patti Whitemoss, and Angie Marquardt.
They will join forces to help support Jennifer’s Harbor in acquiring crisis housing for women and children escaping domestic violence in our community. This home will be called Abbie’s Haven.
Tickets for She Rocks the Fort are $25 in advance and $30 day of the show. They can be purchased online at clydetheatre.com, over the phone at (800) 514-3849, or in person at The Clyde box office and Sweetwater Sound.

Stay tuned as they plan to announce the new location soon.
In any event, bring a lawn chair, order a sausage roll, grab a drink, and enjoy the music.
