In 2016, Josh Arnold was added to the cast of the nationally syndicated radio program The Bob & Tom Show, joining show creator Tom Griswold and regulars Chick McGee and Kristi Lee. Since his debut there, Arnold has seen demand for his stand-up routine increase to become a highly sought-after headliner and getting the chance to perform in some of the best comedy clubs in the country.
Now he makes a stop in the Summit City with two performances at the Fort Wayne Comedy Club.
A St. Louis native, Arnold was voted St. Louis’ Best Male Comic by the Riverfront Times and his material can be heard in regular rotation on Sirius Satellite Radio. Arnold often uses self-deprecating humor during his routine and chooses to describe himself as “half-fat” rather than overweight because, he says, he’s just fat from his face to his waist; his lower half is above average with “legs that deer have admired from afar,” according to his website. In addition to his work on The Bob & Tom Show, Arnold has provided material for Comedy Central’s @Midnight and The Burn and movies The Impersonators and Voice Over. Arnold was also a featured actor in The Impersonators and the underground classic Space Babes From Outer Space.
