For the past twelve years, Jeff Dunham and his somewhat-inappropriate-protégés, Peanut, Walter, José Jalapeño, Bubba J., and Achmed the Dead Terrorist, have filled arenas across the U.S. and the world with their multiple blockbuster tours. Dunham just had a new performance released on Netflix entitled “Jeff Dunham: Beside Himself” and is celebrating by taking his act out on the road, including a performance at the historic Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne on Oct. 24.
He has been called “America’s Funniest Comedian” and is a rock star in his own right, on par with the likes of some of the biggest names in music and comedy today including Jim Gaffigan, Sebastian Maniscalco, and even Luke Bryan. Dunham has more than 10 million followers on Facebook and over 2 million subscribers on YouTube amassing more than a billion views. He’s even had his own show on Comedy Central. If you haven’t seen him on one of those media, then you are apparently one of the few. While those are great places to see some of Dunham’s comedy, the live setting is where he really shines.
The “Jeff Dunham: Seriously?” tour features all new material and all of your favorite characters as well as the newest addition to the bunch, a character named Larry who claims to be the personal adviser to the President. It’s sure to be a gut-busting, laughter-filled night of fun.
