Heather Land has something to say about everything in life, including the unbelievable, inconceivable, and downright frustrating. Then she’ll tell you why, in her words, “I Ain’t Doin’ It,” the title of her first book, released in May.

Land tells it like it is with sarcasm and Southern style, making her the perfect comedienne for those of us who speak fluent sarcasm as a second language. Finding the humor in reality has become her trademark, but it is Land’s ability to laugh at herself that makes her not only relatable, but downright lovable. The words in her stories and songs reach the hearts of audiences across the country, reminding us of the many ways that real life can be really hard and really funny. She will appear at The Wagon Wheel Theatre in Warsaw on Nov. 8-9.

Land’s “Unfiltered Tour” promises audiences will get to hear more quirky takes on everyday observations as she handles topics like failed diets, dating in her 40s, and those inevitable trips to everybody’s favorite retailer Walmart. The challenges in her life become real-life fodder for her routine and will have you busting a gut from the first moments through the last observation, finding the funny in the frustrating and reminding us all to laugh at ourselves and realize it’s all about perspective.
