Die-hard fans of Elton John, sit up and take notice. Dogs of Society will take the stage at the Foellinger Theatre Saturday June 16 at 8 p.m. as part of the venue’s summer concert series. This five-man tribute act boasts lead singer John Gore, who prefers to go by his stage name, Elton Juan, and a mastery of Sir Elton’s entire catalogue, including mega hits like “Benny and the Jets,” “Tiny Dancer” and “Crocodile Rock,” and B sides like “Mona Lisas and Mat Hatter” and “All the Girls Love Alice.” All the girls and guys love Elton.
