An act that can only be described as an “Aquatic Spectacular” comes to Warsaw from Sept. 17-20 in the form of Cirque Italia.
Taking place at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, Cirque Italia rises under a huge, throwback circus-style tent featuring a custom-designed stage. The stage is designed to hold up to 35,000 gallons of water, allowing performers to find a number of unique ways to dazzle and surprise audience members.
Attendees should expect high-energy acts as performers from Argentina, Brazil, Romania, and many other countries astound with master juggling, highwire acrobatics, unbelievable contortion, the always thrilling wheel of death, and other exploits that push the boundaries of human abilities.
Add curtains of rain and fountain jets crisscrossing in time to the music and the stunts take on a different meaning, aiming to express versatility and fluidity through human movement. Laser lights and bubbles top it all off and add to the inter-dimensional effect, resulting in a truly vivid, dramatic, and moving experience you won’t soon forget.
Of course, Cirque Italia is enforcing all recommendations set forth by the CDC, the state of Indiana, and the city of Warsaw. As such, they have made certain adjustments and accommodations in order to comply with the safety guidelines set forth including restricted attendance and enforcemcent of social distancing guidelines and mask mandates.
