Two-part event will feature Embodied SHeroism: An Afternoon of Voice and Movement from noon-3 p.m., which begins with lunch, a community panel, and a session for connecting mind and body. The second session begins at 6 p.m. and will have a EmpowHER Hour, followed by celebration of women through film, music, dance, and spoken word
