Alt 99.5/102.3FM wrapped up their first Bandemonium competition on Saturday, March 29, with Tuesday Atlas taking first place over Je’Yume at Baker Street Centre.

With the win, Tuesday Atlas will receive $10,000 in promotions from the Fort Wayne radio station and also received a “Golden Axe” from Fort Wayne Guitar Exchange.

The competition began with local bands submitting materials to Alt in November, with fans choosing who would be part of the live performances at Baker Street Centre.

Eight bands — Tuesday Atlas, Je’Yume, Bloodstained Sky, Controller, The Kickbacks, Sun.Dyle, Islandwalker, and The Peffercorns — were chosen for the live performances beginning Thursday, Feb. 20. The first two nights, four bands performed with attendees choosing their favorite. Each night, the lowest vote-getter was eliminated.

In the end, Tuesday Atlas were the last band standing.
