Turnstone Center held their third annual Center Stage talent show, with Ta’Korei taking first place following an impressive variety performance featuring Ta’Korei Moore and her band, backup singers, and dancers.

Ta’Korei’s first-place finish on Thursday, June 13, at The Clyde Theatre earned the band the $5,000 cash prize.

“I am so grateful for all of the support I have received from everyone,” Moore said upon accepting her award. “I’m full of love tonight.”

Proceeds from the event totaled more than $55,000 to benefit people with disabilities through Turnstone Center’s services.

Earning second place was KC Ramone, a vocalist and three-time competitor, who sang his own rendition of “Lose Control” by Teddy Swims. Bryson Hickman took home third place for his contemporary dance performance that blew the audience away.
