The folks at Sweetwater Sound have added some shows to their summer calendar at Sweetwater Performance Pavilion.
First up, on Tuesday, June 11, they will host the bluegrass jam band Greensky Bluegrass. The band are widely known for their thoughtful lyricism, edgy and genre-expansive sound, dazzling live performances, and relentless touring schedule.
For two decades, Greensky Bluegrass have been building an empire brick by brick and their die-hard fans have been packing venues across the country.
Next, the award-winning country music duo Thompson Square will make a stop at the Pavilion on Friday, Aug. 16, with special guests Walker County.
Come out to see them deliver their No. 1 charting songs and showstoppers including “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not,” “If I Didn’t Have You,” “Country in My Soul,” and “Without You.”
The last announcement features Pavilion favorites and local heroes Pink Droyd on Saturday, Oct. 5. These Droyd shows have become an annual end-of-summer event for the Pavilion complete with a laser light show and a night full of timeless Pink Floyd hits and deep cuts.
Tickets for Thompson Square are on sale, while the other two shows go on sale Friday, April 12, at 10 a.m. at the Sweetwater campus, sweetwaterpavilion.com, and ticketmaster.com.
Warren Haynes Band booked at The Clyde
Keeping Southern rock alive and well, guitar legend Warren Haynes has left his mark on the music industry fronting Gov’t Mule and also lending his talents to The Allman Brothers and the Dead.
The Grammy winner has also had a successful solo career and will bring his Warren Haynes Band to The Clyde Theatre on Wednesday, July 24.

Catch Streetlamps at The Brass Rail
Our very own Streetlamps for Spotlights will be part of a hefty bill on Thursday, April 18, at The Brass Rail.
That evening, the post punk band will share the stage with Max Look & The Breakers and Mezclado.
Max Look is a former Midwesterner now based in L.A. who is on the road in support of his latest single Mirror b/w Put Me Down, out via Wax Mage Records.
Mezclado is based out of Columbus, Ohio, and their music transcends from lyrical indie rock to psychedelic and Mexican punk.
Music will get started at 9 p.m. and there will be a $7 cover at the door.
Blues Traveler, Big Head Todd at Foellinger
The Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation Department have announced they will welcome a double bill of Blues Traveler and Big Head Todd and The Monsters at Foellinger Theatre on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
No strangers to Fort Wayne, Blues Traveler continue to be road dogs and delight fans with their entertaining live shows that include ’90s chart-topping hits like “Run-Around” and “Hook.” They released Traveler’s Blues in 2021 which was nominated for Best Traditional Blues Album/Best Traditional Blues Recording at the 64th annual Grammy Awards.
The bluesy jam band Big Head Todd and The Monsters will release their Her Way Out in May, the follow-up to 2017’s New World Arisin’.

Everclear, Kimberly Perry coming to Warsaw
Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department have announced ’90s alternative rockers Everclear will perform at the Rockin’ for Riley Concert on Friday, June 21 at Warsaw’s Central Park.
These cats have been to the area on numerous occasions belting out their hits like “Santa Monica,” “Father of Mine,” and “Wonderful.”
The concert will kick off at 6:30 p.m. with The Michael Weber Show followed by Everclear at 8 p.m.
In addition, the parks department also announced their Country Concert for St. Jude Kids will take place Wednesday, July 19, and will feature Kimberly Perry, formerly of The Band Perry.
As a songwriter, the groundbreaking crossover No. 1 single “If I Die Young” helped Perry burst onto the world stage.
Kaitlyn Baker and Joe lasher will open the show at 6:30 p.m.
