Touted as the biggest outdoor rock concert in northern Indiana, Roxx Fest 2025 takes place in Portage, June 20-21.
The two-day music festival at Portage Mall will bring the energy, the excitement, and the chart-topping hits of the ’90s and ’00s to the stage.
To help do that, they’ve booked Stone Temple Pilots, Fuel, Lit, and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus for the opening night. The second night will feature the musical stylings of Theory of a Deadman, Story of the Year, Hoobastank, and Plain White T’s and topping the bill.
According to the press release, “This isn’t just a concert — it’s a moment in music history, and you don’t want to miss it.”
Killswitch visit Grand Rapids
Killswitch Engage are expanding their first North American tour since 2022 with a handful of May dates featuring Shadows Fall, Fit for a King, and Boundaries.
“We are very excited to be back out on the road in support of our incoming new album,” said Killswitch Engage vocalist Jesse Leach. “What better way to roll it out than to have a few dates with our close friends and local boys Shadows Fall with us! They have come back with a vengeance and we want to have them along for the party on this run of shows. To round it out will be the mighty Fit for a King and the heavy hitters Boundaries!

Zimmerman sets tour dates
Country singer Bailey Zimmerman is set to hit the road this summer for his New to Country Tour, featuring support from Dylan Marlowe and Drew Baldridge.
The trek kicks off June 6 at Everwise Amphitheater in Indianapolis and heads to Michigan Lottery Amphitheater in Detroit the following night for its only area stops.
Zimmerman has charted several singles over the last three years including “Fall in Love” and “Rock and a Hard Place,” which both reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, and the singles “Religiously” and “Where It Ends.”
Arch Enemy top heavy bill
Arch Enemy will be on the road this spring, along with Fit for an Autopsy, Danish death metallers Baest, and Thrown Into Exile.
A night of soothing sounds awaits as this quad-headed attack pummels the Vic Theatre in Chicago on April 29 and Majestic Theatre in Detroit on April 30 to go along with an appearance at Sonic Temple in Columbus, Ohio, on May 11.
Leno visits Shipshewana
Longtime host of The Tonight Show Jay Leno has been booked the Blue Gate Performing Arts Center in Shipshewana.
Widely characterized as “the hardest working man in show business,” Leno will stop by the venue April 25.
Leno produces and is host of the CNBC primetime series Jay Leno’s Garage, now in its seventh season.
When he is not on TV, the comedian continues to tour, performing more than 100 stand-up shows annually across the country and internationally. He also participates in numerous charity and corporate events, does voice-overs for animated series, pens children’s books, and writes a monthly column in various automotive magazines.
