As the curtain rises, Grace Bradley tells the audience the six disadvantaged, delinquent Herdman siblings are “the worst kids in the whole history of the world.” To that, there is no doubt. They lie, steal, bully other kids, and smoke smelly cigars.
The story of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever follows these kids as they discover the true meaning of Christmas and the Christmas Story in this buoyant musical adaptation of the funny and touching holiday classic.
The show presented by the young actors of Fire & Light Academy will be Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 5-7 and Dec. 12-14, at Parkview Physicians Group ArtsLab in downtown Fort Wayne.
