Memorial Coliseum will be the place to be March 14 and March 16 as the NCAA crowns a new Division III men’s basketball champion, with an area team remaining in the mix.

The 64-team tournament is down to just four teams as it rolls into town, featuring a local flavor in the form of Trine University. The ninth-ranked Thunder (27-4) are making their first appearance in the Final Four and will take on No. 10 Trinity University (30-1) from Hartford, Connecticut, at 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 14. The game follows the 5:30 p.m. matchup between top-ranked Hampden-Sydney College (30-2) out of Virginia, and Greensboro, North Carolina’s Guilford College (26-4), ranked No. 11.

The winners will meet at 4 p.m. on Saturday, March  16, in the championship game.

An all-star game will also be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
