Step out of the house to celebrate art and nature on the first day of spring as the Environmental Resources Center at Purdue University Fort Wayne hosts Naturally Inspired: Vernal Equinox Celebration Thru Art.

Taking place from 5-7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, at Mastodon Alumni Center, 1528 California Road, this event lauds the connection between art and nature through a display of a variety of art including digital photography, prints, paintings, sculptures, tattoos, vintage or thrifted outfits, short stories, cartography/maps, poetry, songs, animal calls and just about any other creative, nature-inspired forms of art imaginable. 

The event is free and appetizers will be provided with beer and wine available for purchase.
