Mixology is Science Central’s gala celebrating the craft of cocktails. 

This year’s event will be held at the GE Club at Electric Works on Friday, Nov. 8, with the theme “Mixology: Back to the Movies.” 

The event sets course for the four time periods depicted in the Back to the Future trilogy, specifically the years 1985, 1955, 2015, and 1885. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy locally prepared food, take part in a silent auction, and try a lineup of original drinks based on the theme and conceived by elite mixologists from around the city. 

While most Science Central events are aimed at the kids, this is an adults-only, 21+ gathering.
