The Living Nativity at the University of Saint Francis honors the tradition started by St. Francis of Assisi 800 years ago by reenacting the birth of Christ.
Watch as members of the Saint Francis community bring the scene to life to remind us the real reason for the season.
Before the Nativity scene, a petting zoo kicks off the night’s activities at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3, followed by the blessing of luminaries at 6 p.m. and The Lighting of the Lake.
End the evening with complimentary cookies and hot cocoa at Achatz Hall of Science and John and Toni Murray Research Center.
