Spoken word entertainment may not seem very punk rock, but when legendary rocker Henry Rollins is the featured speaker, it’s guaranteed to be a raucous night. 

Rollins has transitioned from frontman of legendary punk band Black Flag to solo artist and actor to become an expert commentator on worldly events. 

On Oct. 17, he will take the stage at Piere’s and set off on a rant that will see him traverse a myriad of subjects with a high-energy delivery that will leave you exhausted as you surf the many tangents his entertaining stories take. 

If you think there is anything more punk rock than keeping an audience on their edge of their collective seats for two hours simply with the sound of your voice, you may need to check this show out.
