Garrett Heritage Days will be celebrated July 3-4 throughout the city with a variety of activities.
The fun is designed to enhance the celebration of Independence Day.
Heritage Days kick off with a parade Wednesday at 6 p.m. followed by a beer tent and live entertainment from The Hubie Ashcraft Band at Eastside Park.
A pancake breakfast gets things started at 7 a.m. on July 4 with a vendor fair at Eastside Park, a 5K Run/2 Mile walk, and a Chalk Walk.
Don’t forget to take in the petting zoo, eat at the chicken BBQ, and visit the talent show, basketball shootout, car show, and pageant.
The festival concludes in grand style with a fantastic fireworks finale topping things off at 10 p.m.
