Enjoy a weekend in downtown Roanoke with family and friends celebrating the season at Christmas in the Village, Dec. 6-7.

On Friday evening, take advantage of local shopping and dining, free hot cocoa, cookies, hot dogs, and other goodies, such as a holiday photo. At 7 p.m., there will be Lighted Parade on Main Street. Stick around after the parade for Christmas carols, a tree lighting, and the opportunity to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus to make your case of inclusion on the “nice” list.

On Saturday, shopping and dining opportunities continue while you stroll the decorated streets on your way to see a live Nativity or have Breakfast with Santa.
