Comedian, New York Times best-selling author, Emmy-winning journalist, and musician Charlie Berens will take the stage at Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Van Wert on Thursday, Oct. 10, as Berens brings his Good Old Fashioned Tour to town. 

The Wisconsin native has been featured on Comedy Central, Fox, CBS, Funny or Die, TBS, Variety, and MTV News and creates weekly content for his various social platforms that have amassed more than 7.5 million followers. 

Midwesterners will feel right at home with Berens’ comedy as his material often covers classic foibles and quirks with which most of us are more than familiar. 

Let’s face it, if you have good material, the jokes write themselves and will turn an ordinary Thursday fall night into a memorable one.
