Meet local journalist and author Blake Sebring at Hyde Brothers, Booksellers on Wednesday, Jan. 24, where he will sign copies of his latest book, Brave at Heart: A Christian Coach’s Journey Through Life & Cancer. 

The book is a biography of Marc Davidson, the two-time Indiana high school state championship coach of Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian who passed away in 2022 following a bout with cancer. 

A native of Fort Wayne, Brave at Heart is Sebring’s 17th book, but you may also recognize him from his coverage of the Fort Wayne Komets for The News-Sentinel. 

Sebring will be joined at the signing by Lisa Davidson, Marc Davidson’s wife. Copies of Sebring’s book will be available for purchase at the event.
