As we all know, the day following Thanksgiving, also known as Black Friday, is the official start of the holiday shopping season. 

While many will find themselves at the mall or in big-box stores, everyone should take the opportunity to visit a couple of local businesses to buy up some unique records that are sure to be perfect for gift giving or adding to personal collections.  

All three Wooden Nickel locations, as well as Welcome Back Records, and Karma Records in Warsaw, will have a wide variety of exclusive, and in most cases, limited edition vinyl for sale on Friday, Nov. 24. 

Releases from Dr. Dre, Eric Carr of Kiss, Jonas Brothers, Goo Goo Dolls, Jerry Garcia, and Olivia Rodrigo highlight the day’s offerings with many more appealing to astute collectors.
