The greatest metal circus on the planet is coming to The Clyde Theatre on Thursday, Aug. 8.

When Swedish metal titans Avatar hit the stage, nothing is off limits. The band promises to challenge everything you think you know about heavy metal, then blow those preconceptions away. 

Known for their live performances, Avatar are touring behind their latest release, Dance Devil Dance, which, they say, mirrors everything about the world. 

This will be a chance to hear those songs in person, along with crowd favorites like “Smells Like a Freakshow,” “The Eagle Has Landed,” “Hail the Apocalypse,” and “The Dirt I’m Buried In.”

The show will leave every attendee with the realization that Avatar will undoubtedly be successful in their quest to save heavy metal as there are no weapons on this planet that can challenge might of the electric guitar.
