Ashanti’s eponymous debut album landed at No. 1 on both the Billboard Top 200 and R&B charts in its first week of release in 2002, helping to form a career that has now spanned more than two decades. 

Now with six full-length albums under her belt, along with a Grammy and several other recognitions, Ashanti will bring hits like “Foolish,” “Happy,” “Baby,” and “Rock with U” to the stage of the historic Embassy Theatre on Friday, Oct. 13. 

Following her performance, Music Lovers Lounge will host a celebration of DJ Barrage’s birthday in the Embassy’s ballroom.
