Imagine four of the world’s biggest rock and metal bands touring together. Then imagine they decide to make Fort Wayne a stop on their tour. Now imagine the show will only cost you $10. Sound like a dream?
Tribute Stock won’t have Korn, Foo Fighters, Disturbed, and System of a Down on the stage at Headwaters Park on July 31. But it will have four great tribute bands bringing the songs of those aforementioned bands to you all night long.
The evening begins with System of Dying Angels playing SOAD essentials like “Sugar,” “B.Y.O.B.,” and “Chop Suey!”
Too Fighters, the No. 1 Foo Fighters tribute band in the nation, will follow, playing hits like “There Is Nothing Left To Lose,” “One by One,” “Echoes,” and a whole bunch of other hits.
The night gets a little darker when Cleveland-based Stupify, the No. 1 Disturbed tribute act in the U.S., takes the stage next. They will do their best to replicate David Draiman and company as they play through that band’s extensive catalog, including “Stupify,” “Down with the Sickness,” and “Sound of Silence.”
Freak on a Leash, Chicago’s legendary Korn tribute act, will end the night with an hour and a half of hits that will leave your ears ringing for days.
Four food trucks will be on site to satisfy hunger pains, and a there will be a full bar serving drinks and spirits all night. Come and play beer pong, corn hole, and flip cup and listen to some great music.
