The Champions of Magic team present incredible illusions with supercars, an impossible escape from Houdini’s water torture cell, a mind-blowing prediction that has to be seen to be believed, levitation high above the stage, and a finale beyond explanation.
The show features original magic that can’t be seen anywhere else and will be performed one night only at The Embassy Theatre in Fort Wayne on Oct. 19.
The five world-class illusionists that make up this production have sold out shows across the globe, garnering rave reviews in the process. Close-up magic expert Kayla Drescher, who was named “The Next Great Magician” by David Copperfield, will have you doubting what your eyes see as she pushes the limits of the imagination. Master Mind Reader Alex McAleer will show off his uncanny ability to tap into his the minds of the audience members. Fernando Velasco will face some of the deadliest escape stunts ever performed using straight jackets, water tanks, handcuffs, and giant steel traps. Young & Strange, an innovative duo of illusionists who have become online sensations, will provide the “oohs and aahs” with some amazing tricks.
NBC called the family-friendly Champions of Magic show “incredible” and Fox describes the performers as “rock stars.” With reviews like that, there’s no doubt these magicians will keep you on the edge of your seat the entire night, sending everyone home with the universal question of, “How did they do that?”
