The Clyde Theatre has announced In This Moment will head to the venue Wednesday, May 25, for a 7 p.m. performance.

Led by powerhouse front-woman Maria Brink, the Los Angeles-spawned gothic rock outfit strikes hard with a razor-sharp metalcore bite and their performances are absolutely electric, full of sweeping theatrics and packed with heart-pounding adrenaline. Seriously, it is not your average show as their concerts are part rock show, part high-concept performance art.

Little Texas founder to visit Knockin’ Boots

The new Knockin’ Boots Saloon will welcome the award-winning Brady Seals on Thursday, March 31, at 7 p.m. 

Seals is a founding member and co-lead vocalist for the multiplatinum sextet Little Texas. He went on to form the country music supergroup Hot Apple Pie that penned the smash hit “Hillbillies.” 

His Fort Wayne stop will include numbers from Little Texas, Hot Apple Pie, solo material, and a new track he promises to debut. Hubie Ashcraft and Travis Gow will open the show, making this a Thursday evening you won’t forget. 

Tribute bands slated for Eclectic Room

The Eclectic Room has a special doubleheader slated for Saturday, May 21, at 7:30 p.m. with top-notch tribute acts Sabbath: The Complete Black Sabbath Experience and Jump: America’s Van Halen Experience taking the stage. 

Sabbath do a superb job re-creating the Ozzy Osbourne and Ronnie James Dio era of Black Sabbath. Jump is focused on the David Lee Roth era of Van Halen. Tickets are available via TicketWeb.

Club Room welcomes Voice  contestant

In additon to St. Paddy’s Day shenanigans on Thursday, March 17, The Club Room at The Clyde will host the talented Sam Harness from 7-10 p.m. 

Harness is the local standout who was featured on the 21st season of NBC’s The Voice. Make sure to call ahead and reserve a table as this will fill up. 

Harness returns to The Club Room on Friday, May 6, from 7-10 p.m. as the special guest for WBOI’s Meet the Music.

Heritage series set to begin at Promenade

The Sunday Heritage Concert Series at Promenade Park will kick off March 13 and run until May 22.

 The series is a great opportunity to enjoy an upclose and personal experience with local musicians and groups in the Park Foundation Pavilion. 

Set to perform will be Remember When Duets on March 13, the Shepherd’s Brass on March 27, Heartland Sings on April 10, New Horizons Band on April 24, and Off Season Trio on May 8. 

The concerts are free and open to all ages and take place from 2-3 p.m. Seating inside will be on a first come, first served basis and will vary by performance. 

ZZ Top promoting album at Foellinger

The “Raw Whiskey Tour” brings ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard, and Elwood Francis to Foellinger Theatre on Tuesday, July 5, at 7 p.m. 

The band will be out in support of their new live album Raw, which is slated for release in July.
