Snow Patrol to visit U.S.

Snow Patrol are heading out to tour North America for the first time since 2019 in support of their recently released album, The Forest Is the Path

They are best known for their major hit “Chasing Cars” from the 2005 album Eyes Open.

“We’re so excited to get back to tour in North America again,” the band’s Gary Lightbody said in a statement. “For the first 10 years of our career, we didn’t get to play in the U.S. or Canada and even though, now, we have been touring there for 20 years we still feel like we’re making up for lost time.

“We can’t wait to come back again next year and discover more of the continent and have new adventures with a brand-new album.”

The recently announced dates include a stop at The Salt Shed in Chicago on April 1.
