Pettisville, Ohio’s most famous family band, Girl Named Tom, winner of NBC’s 21 season of The Voice, announced their North American Christmas outing. The Joy of Christmas Tour is kicking off Nov. 21 in Nashville, Indiana, at the Brown County Music Center.
Girl Named Tom, composed of siblings Bekah, Joshua, and Caleb Liechty, made history as the only group to win on The Voice.
They have since generated more than 25 million streams with covers of “River,” “The Chain,” and “Dust in the Wind.” They also released their debut holiday EP, One More Christmas, in 2022.
“Nothing compares to the joy of the holidays, that warm fuzzy feeling of being surrounded by family and friends, and music new and old,” the trio said in a press release announcing the tour.
If that statement gives you a “warm fuzzy feeling,” you can also catch the band during a two-night stay at Goshen College’s Sauder Concert Hall, Nov. 22-23.

Black Crowes add dates
Following Aerosmith’s sudden retirement from the road, The Black Crowes have announced they are extending their Happiness Bastards Tour (The Reprise).
The band was supporting Aerosmith on the Peace Out: The Farewell Tour, but Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler’s inability to recover from vocal damage canceled it.
The Black Crowes, therefore, have rescheduled several dates and added 14 shows, including a Sept. 27 date at the MGM Northfield Park in Northfield, Ohio, near Cleveland that precedes their previously scheduled date at the Hard Rock Arena in Cincinnati on Sept. 28. The band will also play Hard Rock Live in Gary on Oct. 18 and Hard Rock Live in Rockford, Illinois, on Oct. 25.
