Opening day of fair has free kids water races at 1 p.m., free cookie standing contest at 4 p.m., carnival rides at 5 p.m., watermelon-eating contest at 5:30 p.m., Little Miss Allen County Coronation at 6 p.m., IPRA Rodeo at 7:30 p.m., and live music by Sunny Taylor at 7:30 p.m.
