Embassy Theatre have announced the lineup for the next installment of Down the Line, and it’s a killer one. On Saturday, Feb. 24, the historic Embassy stage will make way to four local acts paying homage to music legends, and this time around the theme is ’90s Grunge Seattle Sound.

Set to perform DTL 18 are The Craig Guy Band playing the music of Soundgarden, The Snarks covering Hole, a reunited Octopussy rocking out to Alice in Chains, and Pink Droyd doing a tribute to Pearl Jam.
Now that, my friends, will be something to see.
Maybe the best part of it is that general admission tickets are only $20. There are also early entry access tickets for $30, which gets you into the venue 15 minutes early. That way you can snag yourself a good seat.

Stapleton tribute act coming Wabash
On Friday, Feb. 9, Eagles Theatre in Wabash welcomes Tennessee Whiskey Chicago, a celebration of the music of Chris Stapleton.
Led by a talented team of Chicago’s top musicians, the band have become well-known for their passionate and soulful renditions of Stapleton’s songs and unique blend of country, blues, and rock.
Sharing the bill will be The Ultimate Eric Church Tribute, a high-energy group that has taken the country music scene by storm with a mix of rock and country.
Both groups will make this a hoedown you won’t want to miss.
In addition, Honeywell Arts & Entertainment announced contemporary Christian band Unspoken will perform on Thursday, Feb. 15.

Mentalist performing at Socialite
Proof Kitchen and Libations (formerly Welch’s Ale House and CS3) will host a unique event in their Socialite entertainment lounge on Friday-Saturday, Dec. 15-16, when the country’s leading mentalist, Sidney Friedman, will perform.
As seen on TV shows including The Today Show, 20/20, and The View, Friedman is the original and only true musical mentalist, combining a virtuosic mindreading ability with world-class concert quality piano skills. His shows are quite the experience and include telepathy, extrasensory perception (ESP), premonition, and all kinds of extraordinary mind power.

Tyler Hubbard leads Clyde announcements
The Clyde Theatre have announced more shows for the upcoming year, including Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard on Feb. 8, the Irish trio of tenor singers The Celtic Tenors on March 21, a cappella gospel sextet Take 6 on April 26, and jazz saxophonist Boney James on Aug. 23.

The Voice finalist helps Euell A. Wilson Center
On Saturday, Dec. 16, you will have the opportunity to listen to some fantastic music while also helping a local organization aimed at helping inner city youths.
Euell A. Wilson Center will host Home for the Holidays at University of Saint Francis’ Performing Arts Center in downtown Fort Wayne, highlighted by the singing of Christiana Danielle, a local top-10 finisher on Season 14 of NBC’s reality competition The Voice.
Along with Danielle performing holiday songs with her friends, the night will feature Fort Wayne Children’s Choir and youths from Euell A. Wilson Center and its preschool, Building Blocks Outreach.
