The Clyde Theatre recently announced that on Thursday, Oct. 20, they will welcome Chattanooga, Tennessee-based country singer-songwriter Larry Fleet.
During his early days, Fleet balanced his fledgling musical career with family life, writing songs and working blue-collar jobs. It wasn’t until 2017 when Fleet caught his break while performing at a wedding barn party that was being attended by country standout Jake Owen. The two became friends and soon Fleet hit the road with Owen as an opener and earned a recording contract with Big Loud Records.
Fleet concluded last year with his first headlining tour, following up opening slots for Darius Rucker, Willie Nelson, Jamey Johnson, and Jon Pardi.
The soulful troubadour released a new single this month, “Young Buck,” that is well worth a listen if you’d like to familiarize yourself with his music.
General admission tickets are on sale over the phone at (800) 514-3849, online at clydetheatre.com, or in person at The Clyde box office and Sweetwater Sound.
You have another chance to see Brit Floyd
Those of you that were disappointed by the postponement of the Brit Floyd concert at Foellinger Theatre on May 16 have another chance to see the Pink Floyd tribute band.
The Clyde has announced Brit Floyd: The World’s Greatest Pink Floyd Experience will be at the Bluffton Road venue on Sunday, Nov. 12.
Formed in 2011, Brit Floyd has an immense, immaculately curated state of the art production, reverently emulating the soundscapes and visuals of Pink Floyd’s iconic catalog.
Those of you that were able to see these cats when they were in town last year know firsthand what a special experience they are to see. If you didn’t make it, then you’re lucky that lightning is striking twice.
General admission tickets are currently on sale over the phone at (800) 514-3849, online at clydetheatre.com, or in person at The Clyde box office and Sweetwater Sound.
