Now you can have your cinnamon roll and eat it with much less guilt as Cinnaholic will hold their grand opening on Friday, Aug. 30, at 407 Coliseum Blvd. W., near Wingstop and CoreLife.

Offering healthier, vegan-friendly rolls, all of their cinnamon rolls will be reduced to $2 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. during the grand opening. There will be a limit of one per person.

The rolls, which drew attention on the TV show Shark Tank, come in cholesterol-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, and vegan options.

Along with the discounted rolls, the grand opening will have music and kids’ activities.

2nd Parlor Doughnuts on radar

Speaking of sweet eats, work is under way on the second Parlor Doughnuts in Fort Wayne.

Their specialty is layered doughnuts, including vegan, gluten-free, keto, and low-carb items.

Their creations are available in local restaurants, including Casa Ristorante Italiano, Henry’s, JK O’Donnell’s, Morgan’s Tap & Grill, Fort Wayne’s Famous Coney Island, and The St. James in Avilla.
