A sister company of Pasta di Guy is set to open at Union Street Market at Electric Works when Carmeli’s Dough sets up shop this spring with fresh bread and handcrafted doughnuts.

Developed by Pasta di Guy chef Guy Carmeli, Carmeli’s Dough will be located across from the Italian eatery, which opened in January 2024.

“When we brought Pasta di Guy to Fort Wayne, we always dreamed of growing here,” Carmeli said in a press release. “The community welcomed us with open arms, and our time at Union Street Market has been a success. Now, we’re thrilled to take the next step — opening our bakery and sharing fresh bread and delicious donuts with everyone.”

An official opening date will be announced in the coming weeks. Follow Carmeli’s Dough on social media for updates.
