By now, many of you have seen Timothée Chalamet deliver an award-worthy performance as Bob Dylan in the Oscar-nominated film A Complete Unknown.
Chalamet even hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live recently where he performed a few obscure Dylan songs that took fans be surprise.
Well, on Saturday, April 12, you will have the opportunity to see the real Bob Dylan when he performs at Embassy Theatre.
That’s right: The legend himself returns to Fort Wayne, the first time since his 2012 Parkview Field performance. People still rave about that show as well as his 2006 Memorial Stadium and 1994 Memorial Coliseum performances.
The 83-year-old Nobel Prize winner will be out on the road with his ongoing Rough and Rowdy Ways tour, slated to stop at intimate theaters, conventions centers, and performing arts centers. The tour is a way to bring audiences closer to his music, an experience that larger arenas often struggle to replicate.
The tour is named for his critically acclaimed 39th studio album, Rough and Rowdy Ways, which came out in 2020.
No matter how you look at it, he’s been a major figure of pop culture over his 60-year career and considered one of the greatest songwriters of all time. Don’t miss it!
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 7, and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com and fwembassytheatre.org or by visiting The Embassy box office.

Double Dragon makes return at Piere’s
The next time you make it out to Piere’s, things may look a little different.
The areas that previously housed Crooners and Club Paradise have now been taken over by Double Dragon Arcade.
This gamer’s paradise includes more than 100 arcade games and pinball, a full bar, and food.
Playing old arcade games while enjoying a drink, what a great concept! All you need to do is pay the entry fee, then play all the arcade you want.
This is for ages 21 and older.
Opening in Parnell Plaza in 2018, Double Dragon closed during Covid-19 lockdowns before moving into teds beerhall in 2021. With teds closure this past fall, the arcade has made another pivot.
Warrant, LifeHouse, Lita Ford at Foellinger
Fort Wayne Parks & Recreation have announced that on Friday, Sept. 26, Foellinger Theatre will host the Let the Good Times Rock tour, a triple-bill of rock acts including FireHouse, Warrant, and Lita Ford.
Sure, we’ve seen these acts stroll through Fort Wayne over the years, and for good reason — it’s a party complete with chart-topping anthems and high-energy performances.
I suppose this booking has a lot to do with the success of last year’s Great White and Slaughter show at Foellinger, a couple of bands from the same era.
In any event, get ready to throw the devil horns in the air and sing along to the hits.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 7, online at ticketmaster.com, foellingertheatre.org, and in person at the Parks and Recreation office, 705 E. State Blvd.
