With spring comes the chirping of birds, the blooming of flowers and trees … and drive-in theaters. Our region has four options within a short drive, including Auburn Garrett Drive In in Garrett, GQT Huntington Twin Drive In in Huntington, 13-24 Drive In in Wabash, and Van Del Drive-In Theater in Middle Point, Ohio.

The designs were complete, the cast was set, and we were one week out from starting rehearsal when the pandemic hit. This was the end of our production hopes. Skip to a year later, and Phillip Colglazier asks me if I think we’d like to remount the production two years later. I was more than eager to get on board.
