The Fort Wayne Arts Festival at Jefferson Pointe is known for featuring masterful creations executed in an array of mediums that are sure to catch the eye of just of about any art aficionado, from serious collector to gift-giver.
The popular juried outdoor show is located in the mall’s courtyard Sept. 10-11.
This year’s exhibition includes offerings from more than 40 local and regional fine artists working in a variety of mediums including wood, glass, clay, fiber, oil/acrylic, watercolor, printmaking, sculpture, jewelry, assemblage, encaustic, photography/digital, drawing, and mixed media with most items available for purchase.
The unique setting allows festivalgoers to interact with the artists and dig into the inspiration for each piece while searching for that perfect item for themselves or someone special. — Chris Hupe
