When it comes to band names, you might not find a more fun one to say than Teddy Petty. And you might not find a more fun night of music than when he comes to Baker Street Centre on Saturday, Oct. 19.

A Tom Petty tribute band, Teddy Petty & The Refugees are a group of Michiganders that deliver an experience complete with the smooth guitar tones, layered vocals, and iconic Rickenbacker guitar that made Petty’s concerts special for so many years.

Teddy, aka Ted VanDerMass, is a performer whose dedication to recreating Petty’s unique voice and sound make him one of the best impersonators in the world.

From “American Girl” to “Don’t Do Me Like That” to “Won’t Back Down,” this will be a fun night of sing-alongs. Petty may have left us in 2017, but lucky for us, his legacy lives on with a band like Teddy Petty & The Refugees.

General admission and gold circle tickets can be purchased at bakerstreetcentre.com and all three Wooden Nickel Records locations.
