Enjoying their greatest commercial success in the late ’90s and early’ 00s, Powerman 5000 helped pave the way for a generation nu-metal bands. 

Still fronted by Spider One, the band struck big with the 1999 single “When Worlds Collide.” They have settled in as a solid touring act, releasing an album every three years or so for good measure.
