Fundraiser returns to Metea County Park on Saturday, Feb. 10

This year's Polar Plunge will be Saturday, Feb. 10, at Metea County Park.

The 2024 version of Fort Wayne’s annual Polar Plunge takes place Saturday, Feb. 10, at Metea County Park on Leo Road.

Register at nearby Cedar Creek Church of Christ at 10 a.m. to take part in this frosty adventure designed for those who enjoy some chilly activities now and then.

Whether you participate of just go to watch, it’s all for a good cause as proceeds benefit Special Olympics Indiana.

School teams take the plunge at 11 a.m. while non-school teams dive in at 1:45 p.m. with an After Splash Bash taking place at the church following the plunge.
