Albion’s annual Chain O’ Lakes Festival kicks the summer off Friday, June 2, with a cruise-in on the courthouse square followed by four more days of events on Wednesday-Saturday, June 7-10.
A kiddie King and Queen will be crowned June 7 as carnival rides and amusements aimed at the younger members of the family, highlight the event.
Kid’s Day, with discounted tickets, and the highly anticipated Chain O’ Lakes Parade are slated for Saturday, June 10, along with Old Jail Museum tours, a fish and tenderloin dinner, the Lions Club Chicken BBQ, Incognito Cloggers, and a 5K Run/Walk.
Add music performances by jujubee, Portmanteau, and Random Animal Parts on Wednesday; The Time Travelers on Thursday; Whoa, Man! on Friday; and 28 Days on Saturday.
With all that, you have a festival worth attending each night.
