U.R.B., The Legendary Trainhoppers with Cassie Beer, and HomeBy10 are set to perform at this year’s StoneyFest at the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion on Sunday, Oct. 9, from 1-4 p.m. 

In addition to the stellar music, there will be food trucks, games and activities for the kiddos, and Stoney’s Mobile Garage Band. 

Admission is free with donations accepted for the Aaron M. Stone Memorial Fund, nurturing the love of music in youth and supporting families of children with cancer. 

Stone passed away in March 2017 at the age of 18 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Lord Blood-Rah coming to town

On Saturday, Oct. 22, Lord Blood-Rah, host of Lord Blood-Rah’s Nerve Wrackin’ Theatre as seen on MyTV Fort Wayne on Saturday nights, will be in town for two events. 

First up, a meet and greet will be at Stoner’s Funstore from noon-3 p.m., allowing you to stop by and shake hands with Lord Blood-Rah and get a photo, maybe while in some Halloween getup. At 9 p.m., the fun continues at Cinema Center when he will host a showing of the Boris Karloff rarity The Ghoul

There will also be a trick or treat bag of selected Halloween Short Subjects and other fun.

Clyde hosting New Year’s Eve Eve party

To cap off 2022, The Clyde will host Doc West’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve Eve concert on Friday, Dec. 30, at 8 p.m. 

The event will feature two hours of rock anthems from everyone’s favorite party band Hairball

These cats are a drop-dead accurate homage to some of the world’s biggest ’80s arena acts in a full-on, no-holds-barred party that you must experience. The act features everything from authentic costumes, lights, sounds, and hits from Van Halen, Kiss, MÖtley Crüe, Queen, Journey, and more. 

What’s even better, our very own Whoa, Man! will open the show, so you best arrive on time.
