Take an adventure into the woods with Fort Wayne Ballet as they present Peter & The Wolf as part of their Family Series. This show, performed by FWB’s trainees and pre-professional students, is perfect for the whole family.

“Ignoring his grandfather’s warning, Peter and his animal friends venture out into the wild on their own,” Fort Wayne Ballet’s website said. “But the ravenous wolf lurks nearby!”

Peter’s journey through the woods, performed by the dancers, will be narrated by the iconic music of Sergei Sergeyevich Prokofiev, one of the great composers of the 20th century. This score will provide a unique educational opportunity for families to learn about the different instruments that make up the orchestra.

Peter & The Wolf will take place Saturday, Oct. 29, at 10 a.m. and noon at Fort Wayne Ballet Studios, 300 E. Main St.

Tickets can be purchased for $15 at fortwayneballet.org or artstix.org.
