Local H have been rocking stages more than three decades, bringing their energetic live show to hungry masses.

The duo rose to mainstream success on the heels of the single “Bound for The Floor” from their sophomore major label album As Good As Dead, which peaked at No. 5 on the US Alternative Billboard chart.

The band are on the road celebrating the 20th anniversary of Here Comes the Zoo and will be playing songs from that album and more when they perform in Stan’s Room at Piere’s on Wednesday, October 26.

“In a lot of ways, this was the toughest record we ever had to make,” singer-guitarist Scott Lucas said in a press release. “We were at a real turning point, and it wasn’t just a record that would determine the future of the band, it was the record that would determine whether or not Local H was going to even have a future.”

Thankfully everything went well enough to keep the wheels turning, as Local H have remained one of the most enduring post-grunge acts to come out of the ’90s.
